Very heavy duty snow chain. Works like a charm on the 40EZ PowerTow to push that stubborn Mooney into the hangar...even on ice (assuming I wear my "yak-traks".

must put weight on for ice traction

Chain is good quality and fits the Powertow perfectly. We have a slope up to our hangar in a mountain resort area. With the chains on 40EZ we are able to push the C-182 up into the hangar on ice but you must put your full weight on the tow to get traction.

Cessna

Great customer service. Must put weight on the wheel to get a good grip. As long as the ramp is smooth it works great in most icy conditions. If the airplane gets hung up it’s hard to get it rolling again on slick ice (water on ice). The chain will dig a nice hole all the way to the pavement. Worth the money. Don’t need another person get my Cessna 182 out of the hangar.

Tire chains

Easy to install and remove. Works great in snow. Limited value in areas of partial snow and dry pavement. Eztug great on dry pavement without chains.

Chain works great

I bought this tire chain and am totally satisfied with it. It is easy to install but some directions would be helpful. I am able to push my C172 slightly uphill in both icy and snowy conditions. Without the chain the tire would spin and the plane would not move. Delivery was quick.
