When you buy a new PowerTow, you're not just buying a tug. You're buying into
50+ years of American manufacturing backed by a warranty no competitor can match.
The Lifetime Parts Promise means we will supply covered wear parts —
belts, lanyard cables, clutch cables, springs, and other common consumables — for the entire
time you own your tug. Not 90 days. Not one year. Forever.
We can offer this because we've been making these machines since 1974, we manufacture
in-house in Hayden, Idaho, and we know exactly what wears out. We stock it. We ship it.
It's covered — because you chose PowerTow.

What's Covered
Covered for Life
These are the parts that wear with normal use. On any new PowerTow purchased in 2026 or later, they're covered for as long as you own the tug.

What's Not Covered
Full Exclusions
We believe in being upfront. The following are excluded — most carry their own OEM or manufacturer warranty.
Engines
Gas engines (Briggs & Stratton, Honda, etc.) covered under OEM warranty — not this Promise.
Batteries
End-of-life battery replacement not included. Covered by battery manufacturer warranty.
Electric Motors & Transmissions
Covered under standard factory warranty for defects only — not for normal wear replacement.
Commercial Use
Private hangar use only. FBOs, flight schools, and rental operations are excluded. Contact us for commercial support.
Damage & Misuse
Accidents, neglect, improper assembly, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.
Structural Components
Frame, wheels, and axles covered under standard factory workmanship warranty — not this Promise.
Transferability
Original purchasing owner only. Transfer to a new owner is not automatic — contact us to discuss options.
